Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid subscriptions for SocratronAI are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). This page explains renewals, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Billing & auto-renewal

Paid Pro subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy and billed on the interval you choose at checkout:

• Weekly: $4.99 / week
• Monthly: $9.99 / month
• Yearly: $99.99 / year

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The checkout price is authoritative if it differs from this page.

2. How to cancel

1. Sign in and open Settings → Billing
2. Choose Manage subscription to open the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal
3. Cancel or update payment details there

After cancellation, you typically keep access until the end of the current paid period (unless Lemon Squeezy indicates otherwise). You can also email [email protected] for help cancelling.

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial Pro charge, provided you have not made substantial paid usage (for example, a large number of AI generations after upgrading). Refund requests after 7 days or after significant usage are reviewed case-by-case.

To request a refund, email [email protected] from your account email and include the email used at checkout.

4. Free plan

The Free plan has no subscription charge. Free-tier generation limits are not refundable.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
